Queer Cute is a community space to provide fun and interactive queer events around Portland, OR. Founded in 2024, Queer Cute hosts monthly singles mixers, speed dating events and dance parties that center connection. Each event raises a portion of the proceeds for key issues impacting the queer community.

Queer Cute believes in Queer Joy as an act of revolution. The goal of these events is to create a safe, fun and interactive environment for queer individuals while also raising proceeds for crucial causes.
Queer Cute does not fuck with Transphobia, Racism, Sexism, Ableism or any of the phobias / ism’s out there. We believe in a free Palestine and raise funds to directly support Palestinian lives. Queer Cute also works to support family’s impacted by ICE and believe no human being is illegal on stolen land. We will never waver on these stances.
Our mission is to ensure everyone feels safe and supported at our events. If we hear of any instances that makes someone feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any of our events, we handle them as directly. We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, bullying or hateful language.
Queer Cute is run by one person - hi! It’s me Charlie. I use they/them pronouns, I’m queer and non-monog. I have three dogs, a super cool wife and I am 3/4th deaf. I started this as a way to get out in community more and have some fun and it’s turned into something bigger than I could have imagined. I love hiking, boxing and weight lifting. When I’m not planning and running Queer Cute events, I work in Anti-Hunger work in Multnomah County (my day job).
